when I saw this listing for the house we're interested in - notice the big Sold! at the top. Luckily I'm pretty sure the listing is old, as the backyard doesn't have the deck in it and the asking price is quite a bit lower than the one we saw.

On the plus side - it's a David Weekly home, which I've been told is a good thing!

The bathroom looks REMARKABLY like ours - something about being a David Weekly.(which our house is, also) Looks nice!
