We start our tour at what seems like the only intramural field left at Rice. I think the basketball court to the left is new.

There's a nice little courtyard in front (trees make it hard to take pictures at Rice), and inside are a bunch of treadmills, free weights, a swimming pool, etc.

The Thresher's front page is in color, which I think is new. (also, I don't feel so bad about not knowing about the rec center, since it just opened)

The bookstore looks a bit different inside, although a lot of the COMP books look familiar...

but the lockers outside now cost a quarter, non-refundable! Nooooooo!

Sadly, no national championships for Rice since 2003, so this is still hanging above the Great Hall in the RMC.

Between the RMC and the colleges (the good ones, not Jones, Brown, etc.) is this nice-looking coffeehouse.

The Will Rice quad is...just sad. (although at least most of the grass is dead, in true Will Rice tradition!)
