On the way to our next destination, this herd of goats? sheep? were taking up the whole road. A bit of judicious honking from our driver took care of that!

We stopped by the Cauvery river in Talkad. It was pretty, but crowded! Apparently the bottom is very sandy and shallow, so you can almost walk across it.

We next went to Bharachukki Falls in Shivasamudra, which was...well, not that wet. Apparently it's much more impressive during the monsoon season.

While we were at the waterfall, this adorable little monkey came near us!

We were thirsty after all this, so we got some fresh sugarcane juice. You can see the sugarcane coming out on the right side of the scary grinding machine.

For dinner I went to an all-day breakfast place and got waffles! With bananas! And chocolate!

This lunch place had a Bugs Bunny over the door, for reasons no one could determine.
