There was a small museum at the Roswell airport dedicated to the old army base there (which had been converted to the airport). I thought this poster was pretty neat.
At a local place I had a bottle of Roswell Alien Amber Ale. It was pretty good!
It was even brewed in New Mexico!

Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art, I particularly liked "Five Seasons" by John Dooley. There were five circles like this, and you can see that they're made up of a weather map!
David was a big fan of "Lincoln Forest" by Don Anderson. Honestly, all of his paintings were nice.
